"I booked the room for two nights. I work overnights just wanted to come n go to bed when I get off only to find out my room was cancelled without any notice and given to someone else because I didn’t check in the night before. The whole point of paying for two nights was to make sure I had a room to go to at 8am..the staff was rude and didn’t care at all when I came to check in."
