"Not clean and bad smell"

"Rooms are very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the breakfast staff were always helpful and friendly. Plenty of free parking. Front desk staff were amazing. Super accommodating and welcoming from the minute we walked in until we checked out. We had a great stay here. We already booked for later this year."

"The room didn’t feel clean, the restaurant inside had one person running it and was very late taking our order for food and drinks. The staff at the door was very nice, outside of that it wasn’t a very good experience. I’ve been in cheaper hotels that were cleaner and better with service!"

Not so good for those with disabilities or just tired old knees, hips and hearts! Doors very heavy and w/o automated openers, shower floors very slippery, only two USB outlets in room, and NONE in bathroom. No easy way to get from Parking Lot to Lobby, and no cart or van STAFF TO ASSIST! Property is lovely, but I stayed an extra three nights to enjoy the resort. It was a...

"The hotel loss power it was so hot and unbearable with out power the room was dirty when we arrived spoke with front desk who said it would be handled when we returned that evening the bathroom had not been clean and with the power out no one could come clean it so we were una le to shower"

"This property is a scam! Firstly, it's not a Hotel! It's a Motel, newly renowned (poorly l may add) work done by a shoemaker! No code updates, bathroom is 48"doors are 24" wide, no safety bars, extremely small. Not senior/handicap friendly, steps & doorway saddle are difficult to walk over. I specifically requested non smoking and street level and got put on 2nd flr. Switched me to a king size bed and ground floor but it wasn't good! Renters beware, photos show nothing!"

She put us in a room with a lovely view of the river and gave us coupons for breakfast for both days of our stay and it was a lovely breakfast buffet with many options. The on-site bar and restaurant were both very welcome choices in the unusually high heat; allowing us to avoid going out.
