"L’ensemble des personnes s’occupant de l’hôtel ainsi que du restaurant sont extrêmement serviables. Ils sont arrangeant sachant que je n’avais pas des horaires de bureau et sont très aimables.
Ils sont chaleureux et les repas sont très bons et copieux.

"Gruyeres Rooms was a wonderful hotel! The room was huge, and I woke up to a beautiful view in the morning. It’s in the center of the village but very quiet. Plus, I missed a couple of train connections and arrived at the station down below after 10:00. I called the hotel and the manager’s brother walked me through everything. Yay!"
