"The room itself was fine and everything I needed but the room has very thin walls along with door. I could hear anyone that was in the hallways and could hear all conversations in the next room beside me. They were talking/partying until 3am."

"This place is absolutely not worth the money. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, mold in the ceiling tiles, chipped/broken vanity counter top, and had a weird smell. Also, paid and picked a room that should have a river view. What a good joke. I could maybe see 6ft of river from the first floor balcony. I could have easily walked from my balcony to any other on the first floor because the ground floor roof is almost flush with the balcony. Needless to say, I will never be staying here again."

"The first room we were given was on the second floor and upon stepping off the elevator it smelled like cigarette smoke (supposedly non-smoking). We entered our room and it smelled musty and the laminate flooring had maybe spilled food all over it. It was absolutely disgusting. I asked the front desk for a different room and the front desk worker (not sure who because no staff wore nametags) gave us a room on the third floor. The third floor seemed like walking into a different hotel. The room was much cleaner and didn’t have an odor. There were stains on the bedding and many things need updated like large gaps between the bathroom faucets. The bathroom sink drain was disgusting. The fire alarms in the room have a light that strobes all night long. This alone is reason enough to never stay here again. I asked a worker if this was the case for every room and he said yes but he didn’t know why. The pool area had cracked tiles on the deck and didn’t appear clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Not the worst I’ve seen but not good. Would not recommend and would not stay here again."

"One of the worst motels I’ve stayed in a long time. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The lady checking us in was very unhelpful. They require a $50 CASH deposit which is absolutely ridiculous. They could have communicated this to us before we arrived via message on this app but instead had to go to an ATM and get cash out and eat the ATM fee. On top of that we booked a king room. She gave us our keycards and we went to the room to discover a double queen. We returned to the desk to ask about it and was told they only had a double queen because we had 2 dogs with us. Which is fine I guess but could have been COMMUNICATED to us before we went to the room. The motel is super run down and the room smelled stale and like mildew. Everything is old and damaged. The TV remote did not work at all. Had to manually change channels. The curtain wasn’t long enough to cover the sliding door so we had to put a sheet up to block the sunlight in the morning and the building lights at night. The pool was fine but no towels. Breakfast was super basic. The only good thing was the onsite restaurant. Food was decent and the staff were very friendly."

"This is not a very good hotel to navigate if you have any mobility issues. When you arrive there’s room for four to five cars to park to unload but once inside you either have to walk up a full set of stairs or take an elevator to the next floor for check in. This is a huge event space hotel. That said they only have 2 carts to help you with your luggage. So if you’re amazing lucky you can grab a cart and take the elevator down to the first level to unload your car. Parking is free and located across the street but still much farther away than your average hotel. Than you have to take your cart up the elevator back to the second floor once again and walk down the hall to the next set of elevators that will take you to your floor. On a separate note I am a Hilton honors member but in this case the members price was $50 higher than hotels.com so we went with them. We researvered a king but when we got to the room it was 2 queens. Surprise. Call down to check in but they would not change our room but said a manager will be by to speak to us. No manager ever showed up. This is the only hotel in town so I guess they feel that customer satisfaction doesn’t apply. Our check in lady was amazing. The only bright spot."

"This hotel is very well-maintained and clean. It is in a good location, near 74 & 46. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Really nice breakfast, too. Wi-Fi is marginal (9 down and 3 up). My only complaint is that the fitness center doesn't open until 10:00AM. With a checkout time of 11:00AM, that doesn't leave time for a workout and shower."
