"On arrival during the time for checking in there was no one present. It would have been helpful to have received an email with room directions. There is a phone in the house with numbers to call but no one answered or the phone was not functioning. We had to go outside and use a mobile to call and be advised which room was ours. The room and ensuite were spacious and very comfortable. A lot of effort had gone into appointing the room."
