"Mainly booked a place cause they had an indoor pool ... The pool was ice cold, the staff was rude. Only positive I can say the breakfast was decent"

"When checked in at night, around 9. We were greeted, but after getting our key cards, we were not told what floor to go to. We were also not told about breakfast and the swimming pool hours. Also, I feel breakfast could have been better. Lastly, there weren’t enough things in the bathroom like toothbrushes, soaps, lotions.."

"Corridor Smells. Breakfast option limited - not even oatmeal & Greek yogurt - though they had waffles, yoplait. Fruits were over by 8AM though was a busy weekend. Room assigned wasn’t even room services (bed not done, towels on floor). But the staff at lobby & managing breakfast were pretty helpful, responsive and courteous. "

"TV doesn't work( report 2-3 times, srill no r work till check out), refrigerator doesn't work(fixed later), even use the hotel Wifi not anle to connect my laptop "

"Holiday Inn cancelled my reservation with no communication which I made a month prior. They cancelled on reservation day. Extremely poor response from the hotel management. They wasn’t able to handle the situation. Telling conflicting stories. Manager was missing throughout my 2 nights stay. There was no attempt to correct it. I felt I was left at the mercy their management. The hotel was under construction, breakfast had limited items, pan cake machine didn’t work. I usually do not do reviews but this is the first time I have to deal with such unprofessional management. I went to the front desk atleast 4 times. Complained about the experience all the time but no correction was made."

"Our carpet smelled bad. There were small pellets on the floor that looked like they were deodorizers. The security to the building was non existent. The room keys didn't work on the outside doors but that was ok because they were never locked! We asked for a change of rooms but they were fully booked."
