"A beautiful property with very well appointed rooms. We loved the homemade cake and fruits and using the Moka for morning coffee. The pool is tiny, more like the dimensions of a hot tub. But for a lovely B&B near a wonderful medieval town and not too far from FCO, it was perfect!"

"Very good"

"A hidden gem, an small boutique hotel in the old centre. Great walking, brekkie tasty with an amazing view. Would love to be there in warmer weather to enjoy the back gardens! They register your car license as you have to drive into a controlled area, with secured parking thru their gates. A great sleep!!! Would like to visit longer 😊"

"We stayed at Villa Olivieri for one night after arriving on the ferry from Spain. It's brilliant! We received a great welcome when we arrived, and our accommodation was first class. "

"Mattina posizione per visitare il centro."

"B&B consigliato camere pulite e molto belle Ottima colazione "

"La struttura si trova in un palazzo antico ed è completamente ristrutturata. La camera è il bagno sono elegantemente arredati e pulitissimi. A pochi metri dallo splendido Palazzo Farnese e dai suoi giardini."

"Foi incrível. A anfitriã Simona é uma ótima pessoa, disposta a ajudar. A localização é muito boa, fácil de se locomover a pé. O apto é ótimo, muito bem cuidado e limpo. Cama confortável, chuveiro muito bom."

"Wonderful location. Beautiful quaint room with a loft. Excellent breakfast. Very clean and comfortable. Thanks to Stefano the host for the welcome, service and assistance. Highly recommended!"

"The experience was amazing. The host Roberto was outstanding in helping us with a late check-in - and provided clear directions on the room amenities. His wife and he prepared a delicious and sumptuous breakfast. Overall, a great treat in Tuscany! Highly recommend!"

"Location is great as is inside the wall of Old Town Tarquenia. Room upstairs is very small, window doesnt close completely so school kids early morning are very loud. Bed hard and not so comfortable but manageable for 2 nights. Shower water didnt drain so overflowed onto floor. Is a historical place so that was cool."

"The property was adorable, super clean with a lot of amenities!! The owner was so sweet and helpful. Close to many places, so great location!!"

"Not a great location. Paper thin walls. Difficult check in and parking. Clean with kind staff though."

"This B&B was very modern and clean. Beautiful bathroom and good sized shower. The host, Milena spoke good English and was very helpful arranging transportation to the cruise port. Pre-arrival communication was through WhatsApp and very detailed. The place far exceeded expectations. I’ve stayed at some of the more common older hotels in the past but this place is a winner and I will return."

"Breakfast outsource is just Croissant and coffee. No cooking facility, microwave or refrigerator. Basically It s only a place to sleep overnight for the next day. But it s clean and the water is hot and good. At Night It s Noisy because Piazzas operate underneath late into the night. It is acceptable, if you can handle some inconveniences. Good location ,Need to pay attention when check in hard to find address in you coming late in the evening. If we come back to the area will stay there again."
