rooms where fantastic, the town itself is absolutely stunning - its easy to find parking in the area - it is almost as a movie setup to stay in this town - we had a lot of key issues but it was solved in the end so all good and we would stay there again

The property location and layout is very good ... right on the Camino de Santiago. I stayed their in 2008 and again in October 2024. This time I found the beds to be very uncomfortable (matress was extreamly soft / broken springs maybe) and need to be replaced. The receptionist was covering several possitions in the hotel and as a result was not always available at reception. We could have been advised about the excellent Pilgrim’s Menu (only €15) on check-in but instead was advised we would have to pay an extra €10 if we wanted breakfast. Service was excellent for our Pilgrim's Meal (Thank you). However, I was not impressed with the service we got the following morning (2nd Oct). Firstly we were told they did not serve crossaints in the bar (we just wanted coffee / tea and a crossaint for breakfast). They were available in the breakfadt area. The bar person rudely interupted me while I was having a conversation with another guest (Pilgrim) in the breakfast area. I do not speak Spanish, and I also need glasses to read. She seemed to have no patience and looked like she was upset with me. I asked her to give me a moment. The small crossaints were not fresh. Shortly afterwards, the receptionist came down to the bar and explained we were not allowed to eat in the bar. I said we were finished and we paid our bills. I found the whole experience bizarre. I dont want to blame staff, but there was no sight of management anywhere. I feel the staff need to be given a bit of direction

Great Stay. Beautiful Location

Our stay at Palacio de Pujadas was nothing less than GREAT. We arrived one day later due a flight delay and they were very nice understanding and accommodating. We asked an extra fan to our room bc it was really warm and in less 10 min the fan was there. All the staff work together as a team as they share the reception and the bar/restaurant and they are simply amazing, all of them. I don't speak Spanish and they tried to help any chance they had. Highly Highly recommend.

We were so excited to stay in an old palace but it was the worst experience. We checked in with kids and there was a giant music festival happening. They did not warn us about how loud and late (bands blaring until 4am late) it would be. Not to mention all the restaurants being closed down. We were left with no where to go and explore. Also our room was disgusting. Ripped bedding, lights hanging down out of the ceiling, lack of AC. When we asked for the bedding to be changed they said they did not have any change of bedding. We didn’t sleep as our room overlooked the concert and while this was not the hotel’s fault, it would have been nice to be warned. I will never stay here again. It was the worst experience. We left a day early and found another hotel in a nearby town.

Hotel muy bonito en una zona privilegiada del casco antiguo de Viana. Por su proximidad a Logroño y el precio no se encuentra nada mejor. Su único pero, el aparcamiento, porque es una zona regulada por el casco antiguo aunque se puede aparcar cerca sin problemas.

Muy buen sitio en general( ubicación, instalaciones, limpieza).Muy buen trato en recepción Nos dio pena que no pudieramos cenar porque bajamos a las 20.50h y se nos dijo que lo sentían, pero que ya no daban de cenar a nadie más. Por si acaso, a la mañana siguiente, fuimos fuera a desayunar.

La bañera de hidromasaje no funcionaba, y llamamos a recepción tres veces en un horario en el que se suponía que había atención y no nos cogieron el teléfono, no pudimos utilizarla. Sin embargo la habitación era agradable.

Une nuit à Viana

L hôtel est très agréable, bien placé. Chambre et salle de bain très propre. L accueil très bien. Le seul bémol, petit déjeuner servi un peu tard ainsi que le diner pour les marcheurs de compostelle
