"Available parking, front desk staff hospitable and welcoming. Housekeeping didn't seem to exist, after two days we had to ask for housekeeping to do cleaning and we had to ask for more toilet paper and tissues. Those two things were not restocked when housekeeping did clean upon request. "
"Really good place, with friendly employees, great amenities, stove top/kitchenware, and clean space. My first stay was flawless, but on my second one I noticed the room wasn't well sound-insulated. I could hear chatting from outside while trying to sleep and was woken up by the noise of rain water going down the gutter outside. I'm not sure if the noise issue was specific to that room, since I didn't have any problems the first time around, but overall it has been a positive experience. "
"Great breakfast and location to strong museum. Pool was cloudy and had to shut down one day during day time. although 4 year old had great fun and made friends. Bunk bed not comfortable, bunk bed room very tight not a lot of space for 2 and 4 year old to move around."
"It's just the 100 copay that's crazy for good people we should be able for front desk to look at the room right then and there and get it back so we can use it for another stay"
"Terrible service... Terrible attitude... Front desk lady ( she didn't give me her name) super extra nasty. Manager name Angel is no help.
I was kicked out of the hotel after staying there for 2 days and booking an extra shirt night because I came downstairs to sign the paperwork at 11:20 a.m. instead of 11:00 a.m.
Never again.
Most important thing is you need to see a chiropractor after sleeping on the mattress like they have.
Stay away. "
