"At first sight Hotel Eden Geneva is an impressive structure, dignified yet welcoming. Once we got up the front stairs with our bags we were greeted, registered and on our way to our fifth floor room in the cozy but efficient elevator. The receptionist emailed our transport cards-standard issue to all hotel newcomers-so we could begin riding buses, trams, etc., as soon as possible.
