"This Hotel was amazing! Clean, Hospitable, Great Location, Satisfying Breakfast Buffet. Everything was great! ...... except for the Pool.... was filthy, our skin got itchy after just a few mins and we all ran into multiple strands of hair in the water... Hopefully there was a rare issue at the time we stayed, since the condition of the pool did not match the rest of the experience. Avoid the Pool and the Hotel experience was amazing!"

"Hotel amenities and service were amazing / just book!!!"

"The staff was incredible and so helpful! Loved the restaurant next store would definitely come back and stay here again!!"

"Honestly, for the amount that my partner and I spent to stay here, we were pleasantly surprised! We had a great time. Our room was clean (we checked for bed bugs - all clear), we had a small kitchenette that was fully stocked with utensils, etc., and a really nice view of fall trees. The room was very quiet with the exception of the door not being sound proofed so if someone is hooting and hollering while walking around, you will hear it. The building is dated but still nice and clean. Bathroom...

"Excellent place to stay when visiting Victoria. Quiet and safe neighbourhood near the harbour and downtown. Walkable to The Empress, BC Parliament buildings and Beacon Hill Park. Great food in their restaurant and pub. The front desk staff, in particular Hedy, were exceptional. Definitely will be staying here when we visit Victoria again."

"Our favourite place to stay in Victoria. Great rooms, robes, slippers, cookies and comfy beds. Location downtown is perfect for walking and right next to the 10 Acres restaurant. Highly recommended."

"We stayed in one of the suite with the kitchen. It was well appointed and met our needs. The location was central and great spot for exploring the neighbourhoods. Staff were very friendly. We did encounter some issues with the television and it was dealt with promptly. The issue seem to be with the cable provider versus the hotel itself. Would definitely return to this hotel. Good value."

"Good price ."

"Property a bit dated, but pretty well maintained. Excellent location."

"We loved this spot! The staff were so friendly, the bed was really comfortable, and it’s located in a really convenient area. The rooms were stocked with coffee and a French press. It’s dog friendly and the lawn is really well maintained. The hot tub/heated pool was so nice in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Charming place with kitchen in suite and laundry facilities in the building. Suitable for families."

"Exactly what was needed. A place to sleep and decent amenities. Close to everything"
