"Our favourite place to stay in Victoria. Great rooms, robes, slippers, cookies and comfy beds. Location downtown is perfect for walking and right next to the 10 Acres restaurant. Highly recommended."

"This Hotel was amazing! Clean, Hospitable, Great Location, Satisfying Breakfast Buffet. Everything was great! ...... except for the Pool.... was filthy, our skin got itchy after just a few mins and we all ran into multiple strands of hair in the water... Hopefully there was a rare issue at the time we stayed, since the condition of the pool did not match the rest of the experience. Avoid the Pool and the Hotel experience was amazing!"

"Excellent staff at the front desk, bell desk, and housekeeping. Spluge for a view of the inner harbour. Not ideal for those needing a business space, desk, etc."

"Fitness Centre the only knock but otherwise sets the bar."

"Great location for walking around downtown Victoria. Nicely appointed interior and very quiet rooms. Good value overall"

"Loved that the chef made a delicious breakfast each day. Walking distance to different locations was phenomenal."

"Incredible location. Massive apartment style room. Very comfortable bed and couch. We were visiting our son and loved having the living room and dining area"

"Staff are friendly. Check in and check out are easy. Breakfast are very good."

Our room was on the side of the building that faces away from the main street. There wasn't any view from the window there, but it was exceptionally quiet. This, and the fact that it was quite dark with the...

"Excellent place to stay when visiting Victoria. Quiet and safe neighbourhood near the harbour and downtown. Walkable to The Empress, BC Parliament buildings and Beacon Hill Park. Great food in their restaurant and pub. The front desk staff, in particular Hedy, were exceptional. Definitely will be staying here when we visit Victoria again."

"Friendly staff in the Lure restaurant."

"Clean property"

"Didn't love that valet was the only option offered for parking, incurring an unexpected expense, but the valet staff were excellent. Room was very comfortable, everything seemed very clean and tidy. Conveniently located with lots of walkable places to see, eat at, and visit nearby."

"Good hotel good location"
