"The hotel is dated. At check in, I politely requested a room close to the front desk or elevator and was given a room all the way to the end of the hallway. Exact opposite of what was requested.
I forgot a toothpaste and when I asked if there is anything complimentary or to purchase, I was directed to go to Walmart instead.
I found out today that I was charged $15 for a make up stain… I don’t wear make up and only had foundation/pressed powder with me in the bathroom counter that was placed...

"We were evacuated because of the Spring Fire in Moreno Valley and decided to book a room at this extended stay hotel. The price was not bad and the location was decent. It was nice and clean. Equipped with a full kitchen and nice sized flat screen. It was very quiet which we appreciated after such a long stressful day trying to hurry to get as much as we could to evacuate. Everything was good EXCEPT. We arrived a little after 10pm. I understand the doors were locked due to the time of night....
