"We had a significant issue with internet and television not working properly but staff and management worked to fix the issue and ultimately took action to make us feel appreciated. Thank you. "
"The first room I was given had not been cleaned so they had to switch my room. I had to have my room re keyed because my key didn't work when I came back that afternoon. The shower tiles were dirty in several places and the cold water did not work in the tub. The hot water was lukewarm. The rooms are older and outdated and they need an upgrade. The breakfast was almost empty at 7:15 am and what was there was cold. I will not be booking a room there again unfortunately even though the rate was a good one."

What are holiday rentals like in Victoria?
Holiday rentals are privately owned properties you can book for a few days, or a quick weekend, in Victoria. Holiday rentals feature extras such as hot tubs, fire pits and patios so you'll have all the conveniences of home. If you're concerned about cleanliness, holiday rentals can offer a sense of safety away from shared hotel lifts and lobbies bustling with people while still allowing you a great travel experience. You'll also have more space in a holiday rental than in a hotel, which makes a holiday rental an attractive option for families.
