"They are not pet friendly. They are pet tolerant. They will take $50 from you if you bring a pet. Exorbitant, excessive, unreasonable, and unflinching. I also have not yet been refunded my incidental charges deposit"

"Our room was dirty. although it was made the towels and sheets had stains and smears on them. our toilet paper was on its last few sheets and just overall dirty we were nervous about even going under the sheets when we slept but for convenience the stay wasn’t terrible just not cleanly"

"The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided."

"Advertised as free breakfast, NO breakfast was offered at this location. Coffee and tea available 24/7, that's all. Rooms were horrible. The stench of smoke as we opened the door was so bad. And it lingered the entire time we were there. Toilet was not bolted down on either side and rocked as you were on it. Toilet seat slid around as well. "there was no pool and room was sort of unclean no amenities at all not even a hanger to hang my wrinkled clothes from my flight staff was ok but sort of unprofessional acting and coffee pot was broken entire weekend "

"Love this hotel. They have remodeled it since last we stayed. Looks great. Issues. The bathroom in the lobby. Someone broke the door off the stall. Not sure how long it was like that but no one was trying to fix it. There was a stained bed sheet by laundry room in the hall. Not hotels fault but someone should have not let it sit for an entire night. Lastly, hall by rooms 130s smelt like animal urine. If guests are extended they should clean after themselves.
