"this was the absolute best place to stay in memphis! it’s exactly as shown in the photos, but somehow better? the room’s flourishes were so thoughtful. we were greeted by squirrels in the morning. the hosts were communicative & the whole process was smooth! we will definitely stay here again!
oh & the shower.. the water pressure is perfect & the shower gel/hair products smell divine!"

"I recently stayed at an IHG Avid hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience overall. During our five-day stay, our room was never serviced.
