"I really liked this aparthotel. It had a very nice feel to it. It was small, however well set out and comfortable. It was well heated and clean. It was in an area that felt safe and is very close to the coach station which I appreciated. It had some little surprises, like a shoe polish kit. It even had a small washing machine. There are about 3 steps to get into the building, so it would be worth asking if there is step free access if this is an issue for you. It is easy to find as it is...

"Great place. Renovated and clean. Close to old city, easy to find and close to everything. Only complaint is that it was a little hot, not sure if there were an AC there. The stairway up to top floor isn't the most accessible."

"Super location. The heating system did not work so the apartment was very cold. We were 7 people but there was only 5 chairs and only a small table. The beds was old and not very good. Next time we visit Riga we will find a different place to stay in the old town. "

"This was a very comfortable and large apartment with two rooms and a kitchen/bath. There was a washer and dryer which we did not use but were happy to see. There is a shower and a tub! The beds were extremely comfortable - nice and firm mattresses and everything was very clean. The owner was very friendly and happy to help with details. There is a very clear video showing you how to find the door to the place, and the area is very quiet. When we stayed there was some construction in the next lot...

"Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hübsch und modern eingerichtet. Bett und Sofa waren sehr bequem. Wir hätten uns etwas mehr Küchenausstattung gewünscht, z.B. kleiner Topf, etwas mehr Besteck. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war top. Wir durften früher einchecken und als uns etwas gefehlt hatte, wurde es uns noch am selben Tag gebracht. Wir waren mit Kind und Kinderwagen dort. Es gibt einen Aufzug, allerdings muss man erstmal eine kleine Treppe hoch. In den Hauseingang mit Kinderwagen...

"Fantastic stay in Jurmala for business. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. Shout out to the host who was excellent and always there at the end of the phone. It’s a stones throw from the main pedestrianised street with many nice dining options. The beach is also really close. Highly recommend."

The negative sides: (i) extremely noisy, because right downstairs is a popular pub. Hence not recommended for a family stay; (ii) the beds were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. "Kiva hotelli, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamupala oli hyvä ja riittoisa. Hyvä sijainti kaupungilla liikkumista ajatellen. Huonetta ei ollut kunnolla siivottu, sieltä löytyi vajaa limsapullo ja pölyt oli pyyhitty huonosti. Suurin pettymys ehkä oli se, kun varasimme hotellin sen perusteella, että ilmoituksessa luki, että spa kuuluu hotellin asiakkaille. Niin sisäänkirjautuessa kerrottiinkin, että span (eli parin altaan ja parin saunan) käytöstä joutuisi maksamaan 35€ (1 aikuinen ja 1 lapsi)...
