"Attending a conference, I somehow ended up with a double booking for my 3-night stay. Hotel recognized that at check-in and I was told they would inquire on what happened and what could be done. Waited until my last day to inform me that they do not intend to refund me for double the charges. Whether this is property owner greed or poor management, this reflects very poorly on InterContinental. I intend to continue fighting the charges and I am outraged by the way I have been treated. "

"First time staying in this Hotel. Everything is fine. It is a bit dated compare to some major hotel. In terms of prices, this is on the high side compare to other hotel. But, it is good enough for me."

"The place was an overall good deal for a last minute booking. Upon checking in, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating but the room they gave us had a broken shower, lack heated water and at some point in the night a complete stranger had access to our room and walked right in. Would have appreciated a bit more privacy during our stay.Breakfast was absolutely amazing tho."
