"The breakfast was good. Room size is good. Overall decent hotel but in old area. I would book next time in district 1 which is modern area."

"The property is beautiful and conveniently situated. Our room was large and very comfortable. The concierge service assisted us with several outings, which was extremely helpful. I want to brag most of all about the staff. They were all very gracious. They met us at the door the day we arrived with an orchid lei for each of us (including our family member who lives in Da Nang and wasn't staying with us at the hotel) and a cool drink. They recognized us as we came and went, knew our room number when we arrived for the breakfast buffet, and thanked us with a small gift when we checked out. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit my son in Da Nang, and will recommend TMS to anyone else visiting the city. "

"The hotel is centrally located. It has over 40 levels so it was a bit too crowded for me. Long wait for the elevator, restaurant for breakfast was very busy & not enough beach lounge chairs (staff later clarified government did not give them permit for more chairs). Staff was nice & breakfast had a lot of options, this part was great."

"First of all, the staff are wonderful. From the quick check in, polite greeting whenever returning to the hotel, the service at the roof top bar, to the arrangement of a trip to Ninh Binh, and a airport pick up, the service was exceptional. The location itself is great as there is plenty to eat and lots of great little boutique stores around the hotel. There is also a Viettel and HSBC atm about a 5 minute walk from the hotel so it's convenient to grab a SIM and cash at the start of your stay. The hotel and rooms are on the smaller side but that's part of the charm, and the rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable. The roof top bar is a great way to finish the day, relaxing with a drink and enjoying the view of the city. I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend!"
