"I really like the hotel for the rooms, they re clean and comfortable, but customer service is always very subpar. No one ever tries to go above and beyond, no one is super friendly or kind. They’re all just polite, and I tend to always expect more than just polite. I also wished the rooms had a coffee maker, every hotel seems to have one but this one still doesn’t. I also asked if I could pay to have a slice of cake or anything special delivered to the room for a birthday surprise and they had...

"The room was huge, bathroom was huge. Didn't need the staff much to me honest, but everyone was happy and helped me out during checkout to make sure everyone that helped got a little extra for their helpfulness! Sp glad we spent a little more and stayed here. Literally a minute from the market, and a great views from the room's window to just people watch and sunset. Rooftop terrace was amazing for fire and wine at night. Would stay again in a heartbeat."

"If you need a shuttle to the airport, make sure you schedule it with the front desk. We did, but others didn’t. Our shuttle filled up very quickly the next morning, leaving no room for several of us that had scheduled. The driver went to the front desk, checked the room numbers of those that were on the list to ride, and made those that weren’t on the list get off. We were very appreciative. If he hadn’t, we wouldn’t have made it to the train station on time for our departure to Vancouver.
