"We stayed for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were excellent. We arrived around 1 AM, and although I don’t remember the name of the person who checked us in, he was very polite and welcoming. "Everything about this property was perfect. Clean, amazing location, easy check in. Highly recommend! Bed was comfortable, our room was super quiet. There’s a common area with a couch, kitchenette, and table to sit! This is a shared space with the other people staying at Xenia but we never had an issue. The apartment renovated and is located on the 5th floor of a beautiful old building which had an old elevator which was super cool to experience! It was very reliable as well. Highly recommend....

"Mini supermarket across the small piazza was very handy. Taxi rank, bus stop and tram stop outside. Room was lovely and in excellent condition. I didn't use the breakfast items but enjoyed the cookies with a coffee after dinner. Walk to many cafes and trattorias and to the historic part of Rome. Couldn't have been better."

"Walkable to many tourist spots with a cafe 1 meter from the front door. The dome ceiling in one of the bedrooms was reminiscent of Ancient Rome, unfortunately so was the door going into it (under 6-foot clearance and I’m over 6’ tall!) 😂 This is an apartment with no staff on-hand, but they are immediately available via WhatsApp. Only inconvenience was storing luggage 20 minutes away without a courtesy vehicle to bring it. "Location was brilliant for exploring the historic sites of Rome. As well as being close to some great cafes, restaurants and bars in nearby area and Trastevere as a short walk. Room was clean, equipped with what was needed and spacious. Slight negatives were low pressure on shower, stairs to lift which was not an issue for us, and a bit of noise at night but could be expected in a city. "This is a small very new modern boutique hotel right by Trevi fountain. Despite being close to busy area the hotel is extremely quiet with a garden courtyard and studio apartment style rooms. In the lobby they always had food and drinks and a nice Italian breakfast of cafe and cornetos plus fruit, yogurt, granola and juice. Everyone was super nice and helpful."

"Great spot and within walking distance to a lot of you understand the back roads in Rome. Very authentic. Couldn’t figure out how to get the tub to get hot, but otherwise great place. Expedia has breakfast included in the listing and that’s not true. Not the location’s fault, but don’t book this expecting breakfast. Staff very helpful. Very Roman feel to it. "
