"Trevligt bemötande vid incheckningen, man kände sej välkommen. Personalen har dålig engelska, och vi kan ingen italienska. Men det går väldigt bra ändå för dom är så glada och hjälpsamma trots språkbarriären. Och så finns det Google translator, så det gick väldigt bra ändå. Väldigt mysigt hotellområde med utsikt mot havet. Vänder man sej om, så har man utsikt mot snötäckta alper. Rena fräscha rum, det enda vi saknade var krokar som man kan hänga upp kläder på. "Camera e bagno molto spaziosi e puliti con un piacevole balconcino su piazza Arringo. L hotel è in posizione centralissima! La colazione è servita al tavolo ma è comunque ricca: frutta fresca, yogurt, uova evari tipi di dolci, oltre alle bevande. Le ragazze che gestiscono sia l hotel che il bar e il ristorante sono molto gentili e disponibile. Unica pecca: la reception si trova in uno spazio molto piccolo che può ospitare un cliente per volta. A parte questo, l hotel è consigliatissimo!"
