"Overall the hotel and park was excellent. The hotel was super clean and well managed. It was very new and in great condition. Staff super friendly. Front desk did get busy at times and it was a little frustrating waiting to swap towels for example. Some of the staff also did t speak great English, although it wasn’t a huge issue as it was good enough. The hotel is also about a 10ish walk to the back of the park entrance and it is uphill and not shaded so is quite tiring after a long day in park....

"Checkin was ok, staff is multilingual We didn’t use the paid parking as you can park outside Lift wasn’t working on our arrival, our bedroom was at the fourth floor!!! Our bedroom was flooded, it was raining very badly so we requested another one and had to go downstairs again (no lift, remember?) Change was quick In the second bedroom, the stovetop wasn’t working, the furniture and bathroom were outdated and we had only two towels for 4 guests. There was a dishwashing kit, very useful. "We had a brilliant stay at Hotel Good River. Great value for a 4 night stay including breakfast which offered a great selection of options. Staff were helpful and well organised at getting lots of people seated quickly. Loved how near the park we were and enjoyed the pool too. "
