Very good after a long walk from Armentiera

Our stay before taking the boat to Padron the next day. Very good after a long walk from Armentiera. The dinner offered to Pilgrims was very good,

Good service but rooms need improvement.

Basic accommodations for a Camino stay. The receptionist was attentive and took care of us. The rooms are noisy and our bedspreads had stains on them. The big long pillows were problematic, like wrangling a massive boa constrictor. One room did not have a blow dryer. Bar area nice, breakfast buffet good.

Good hotel for pilgrims with excellent service

This seems to be 'the' place to stay for pilgrims on the Camino. The hotel itself was reasonably nice and clean. What really stood out was the staff. They were friendly and helpful, and when we had an issue with the service handling our baggage transfers, they went out of their way to help us. We are so grateful for their dedication to their customers. It saved us

The room was very primitive . Mattress was a nightmare with no support. Sound insulation was terrible. I can hear snoring from adjacent room and of course when they went to washroom. Cannot sleep anymore after 7am because I could hear everyone walking along the corridor. Breakfast was a very simple continental one.

A não repetir

Nao e existe wi fi nos quartos do 3 e 4 piso, apesar de o hotel dizer que disponibiliza, já existem reclamações desde 2018 e agora em 2019 a situação está inalterada, ou seja, não se importem com os comentários/reclamações dos hóspedes/clientes. Chegamos ao hotel chovia, e tiramos 4 malas do carro, da portaria ninguem se dignou nem a abrir a porta para facilitar a entrada, limitando-se apenas a observar a senhora a fazer o trabalho todo e a chover, eu nao podia pois o hotel nso tem um unico lugar só para cargas e descargas da chegada dos clientes, ficando o carro a impedir a circulação na estrada das outras viaturas. Mau isolamento da porta e como resultado muito barulho de portas a bater e cpnversas dos outros quartos. Os quartos nao têm climatização, mas pelo menos poderia de haver uma ventoinha, para mais no 4 piso com calor é insuportavel e nem se consegue dormir, no entanto tem aquecimento no w/c... No lobby os sofás estão cheios de nodoas dando um aspeto um pouco nojento...
