The location is a big plus — just a few minutes’ walk from the centre, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, a great choice and we would definitely stay here again. "Sergio and his daughter and the entire staff was immediately available online and in person to confirm every detail of my arrival and the required information for Napoli! Such a beautiful room (#5) complete with huge vaulted ceilings a sunny balcony with sound proofing + a great desk and cable TV and a Terrazza for dining and relaxing! The location is slightly out of the way in terms of not being right in the thick of the touristy area near Caffe Grambius but in good walking distance. This area Chiaia was quiet and upscale. The area right above it called Vomero was very posh and lovely to walk around. "

"The hotel is in excellent location, in heart of the city center, walk to everywhere, bus and subway. The breakfast is great, Adriana, the lady works preparing food, is fantastic, she got things ready in early morning. We usually got to the breakfast room very early and she already placed things out nicely. A big help to our schedule, two thumbs up, thank you Adriana !!"

Unser Zimmer war gross und wir konnten sogar Stunden vor dem Check in schon ins Zimmer weil es schon fertig war. Das frühstück war sehr vielfältig und mit einem tollen Blick über die Stadt. Unser Highlight war der beheizte Whirlpool den man bis 0 Uhr verwenden kann, ebenfalls mit Blick auf die Stadt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend & immer sehr bemüht und freundlich! "

My one and only negative observation “no matter how hard I tried the Breakfast Cheff can not execute a perfect fried or poached egg. And the Ala’Cart Cheff severs me a Raw Burger then having sent it back continued to grill the same patty till it was cremated and basically wrecked it. It think the management need to remind...
