"Property is in wonderful location super central and strategic. High ceilings and quality/design furniture. Rooms cleaned very superficially… so room for improvement. Also, we often had issues accessing the room as the code wouldn’t work and wouldn’t get a response or resolution for hours on end which was very frustrating especially when traveling with a small child."

"After a long journey, we arrived at this countryside retreat to find minimal parking and overwhelming noise. Upon entering, an extremely loud party with children was underway. Reception was completely unmanned; messaging the number on the desk just caused the phone sitting right there to buzz with no one to answer.
