"Parking was good, not to impressed with breakfast. All the receptionist were very helpful. Carmen and Karen in the front office help me tremendously I had a little accident and they send me to the hospital give all the instructions and guided me. Very thankful to them. Muchas gracias. Great location. a guy guy in the front desk fell me with accommodations to buy train tickets. "

The gentlemen who checked us out in the morning was awesome he got us a couple crescents from.the breakfast area knowing we were not able get our breakfast we paid for. "My stay would have been excellent if it were not for no a/c in the hotel during the month of April. It required me to open the window for air circulation, which was also a mistake cause there was a loud banging noise in the courtyard every 10-15 seconds that keeps you up the entire night. Just turn the a/c on and not run the heater for the entire hotel!"
