Después de tener reserva desde enero, al llegar, no nos dieron habitación en su hotel porque se la dieron a otras personas y hasta que se buscó una solución, perdimos todo el jueves de Semana Santa. Vergonzoso, la primera vez que nos pasa algo así.

Limpieza impecable, trato muy amable y decoración muy bonita. Lo único malo de la estancia es que el suelo de madera sonaba muchísimo. Estábamos en la 1ª planta y oíamos a los de la 2ª andar de un lado a otro. El ruido sonaba demasiado fuerte.

Engañado

La señora del Hotel nos ha engañado ya que el hotel a las 16.30 harás estaba cerrado y se presentó a las 19.30 horas i nos dijo que no tenia por que estar el hotel ha abierto ya que es un hotel de 3 estrellas Mos dijo que si no queríamos la reserva que no había problema que no nos lo cobrarían y Mi sorpresa es que se disculpa ahora pero dice que si nos pasa el cargo de 450 euros Yo creo en la Palabra de las personas
