We had an issue with the wifi, and when I went to the front desk about it, the desk clerk, long dark hair, said it is your last name and room number. I said yes, she asked what room, I told her 133, she pulled it up on her end and said B-e-v-e-r is you last name, I told her, YES, I was aware of that. She said if that did not work then there was nothing she could do for me. She was rude and not helpful. She said I can put in a work order, I asked when that would be done and she said the next day, I looked at her and said, how is that helpful? To which she again responded, there is nothing I can do for you, I am just the front desk clerk. We usually stay at Comfort Suites when we visit our grandaughters in Vincennes, but we really like most Hampton Inns, so we switched for this trip. We will NOT make that mistake again!!! The ladies when we checked out were very nice, and the gentleman doing breakfast was super sweet, talking to everyone and being cheerful, and breakfast items were always readily available.
