The room was clean, spacious and had a good size balcony overlooking a side street. The reception staff spoke excellent English and could provide information if needed. "Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön und überzeugt mit einem modernen, cleanen Interior-Stil. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren überwiegend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Abendessen war in Ordnung, allerdings würden wir die Halbpension bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt nicht noch einmal wählen. Preislich war es im Rahmen, da es über die Halbpension noch einigermaßen attraktiv war – ohne diese würden wir das Essen...

"We were scammed! They did not return any messages or phone calls. We never received a code to get in. We kept messaging them and calling them. We waited over 2 hours and finally gave up because we had no place to stay and had to then book somewhere else! Absolutely no response from several calls and messages! A total scam!"
