"J’ai réservé une nuit dans cet hôtel et ai été débité pour 2. Je les ai appelé 30 fois ils n’ont jamais répondu. Hotel.com m’a fait le même retour ils n’arrivent pas à les avoir. C’est scandaleux"

"The refurbished lobby, dining area and rooms area really nice. We stayed in a room that is not yet renovated, so I guess our experience was not as neat as in the new rooms.
