"Bar was never open while we were there. The bistro was only able to try for breakfast and it was great food! The jacuzzi in the room took forever to fill and once we did it was cold. I would just rent a regular room."

"Thin walls and doors. Extremely hard sofa. Broken desk lamp. No one available when first arrived for checking. Called number of assistant manager left number to her voice mail but never called back. Returned to hotel about hour later to check in around 6:30."

"Clean room"

"This place is in desperate need of updating! We waited around 2 hours for our room to get ready and then we were sent up the elevator with no directions to our room. As it turns out the additional elevator was out of order so we were made to use the only operating one."

"The air conditioner did not work well. The doors did not shut all the way. The bathtubs were not clean. The sinks were not clean. They had stuff stuck in the drain of the sink. The toilets didn't flush property, and the facilities had drug deals and prostitution, and the staff did nothing about it"

"No AC is crazy"

"We checked in late, BUT had no key to our room. Bed was not comfortable & pillows flattened completely. It was not what we expectedly for a Hyatt, in fact, I was calling it a Lowett Place. A pun, but not wrong. Only one EV charger was working and that spot was taken all night, and combustion engines were parked in EV parking spots. Therefore, handicapped walkways & ramps would be blocked if an EV was as to charge while a combustion mention parked in an EV charging parking spot. EV parking spots...

"The self check-in Kiosks are worthless. never work. but the check in desk is always quick and polite. I like how easy the parking is, the renovations are nice, and the price is always better than their competitors."

"The hotel is pet friendly, which is fine but when you walk into your room and find pee stains everywhere it’s gross. Room smelled like pee, carpet was stained. Bathroom tiles were falling off the wall, the toilet you had to flush 3-4 times just to get pee and toilet paper down. Cracks in the wall and water stains on the ceiling (which is still popcorn) mattresses felt like they hadnt been replaced in years."
