"The hotel is exquisite and absolutely beautifully renovated. It is great being able to use the alpine sports centre across the street which connects through a skywalk. The views were amazing of surrounding landscapes and waterfalls. The staff were incredibly courteous and nothing was an issue, amoungst the best I have encountered. It would have been nice to have a door between rooms in the suites when sharing with children though as an improvement. Do also be aware that one must take a...

"Wow! An incredible hotel. I was given a free upgrade with a balcony and a view of the Matterhorn. The room was amazing. Plenty of space and excellent decor. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff were friendly, My room was decorated for my birthday. Spa area, again Wow! This hotel has to be one of the top hotels Ive stayed in. "
