"We finally found a hotel in Switzerland with air conditioning...it was very much needed after a long day of hiking. All of the staff we had contact with were exceptionally friendly. The hotel is very well located in a lovely pedestrian only part of town surrounded by great restaurants, easy walk from the train station. We loved the view from our balcony. The honesty bar was an added bonus and breakfast was the best we had in Switzerland. I would go out of my way to stay in this hotel again."

"The hotel was good enough. For a summer visit, the unit did not have air conditioning, although windows can be opened that can help a bit. The restaurant was reasonably priced for Switzerland (so expensive, but at level of local places). I did not like how the restaurant charged me 5 CHF for tap water. I appreciated how the hotel stored my baggage even after I checked out while on a hike. While I would not seek out this hotel specifically again if I returned to the area, I would not actively...

"A nice hotel on Saas Fee in the center a short walk from the Bus Station. It has small but good facilities. It's restaurant is nice, but it is only open Wednesday to Saturday. The rooms are good size but standard rooms have no view; they look into the back of an appartment building. It is reasonably priced. And all in all good value for money in up market Saas Fee. As summer skiing is becoming impossible, summer prices should start to drop."

"A wonderful place to stay in Murren. Conveniently located 2 minutes away from the train station, with beautiful views of the mountains. Breakfast is included and will not disappoint. Unfortunately their restaurant was closed both nights we were there, didn’t get to try their dinner. Staff were helpful and very friendly. The rooms are updated and clean. One minor detail I would change is the lighting in the vanity area. Spa is included, w/ 1 steam room and 2 dry saunas, cold plunge and relaxation...

"Our stay was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room and the views from it were beautiful and easy to access. The room had a slight smell to it ( we think perhaps from the bathroom drains) but was not so bad that we felt the need to say anything while staying as we were only there for a night. A few cobwebs in the room too but otherwise very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable too."
