"Building was under renovation, during the stay lights for the entire building we’re flicking on and off, while we were trying to take showers, I had only two towels with six individuals. The showers also had no shampoo or body soap. AC was inconsistent turning on and off. The fridge wasn’t working. As well as the lamp light was not working. And the big concern of them all was that the entry door would not lock and secure my family and I."

"The shuttle bus was convenient and easy to get to the hotel. Unfortunately, when we signed in the shuttle the next day was booked for when we needed to leave so had to take the earlier one and missed the breakfast. Staff were friendly and welcoming. "

"The front desk employees were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was ok. Our room was spacious and fine, but the bathroom exhaust fan was not functioning and did not appear to have been working for some time. FYI, no coffee maker if you care about that."

"My kids and I love the Tru hotels. This one is super close to the Denver airport but we still based our weekend trip to Boulder from here. There are restaurants, a Starbucks and Sprouts market just down the street. Love how clean the room was - the white bedding, the hard floors with no carpet or rugs anywhere, mini fridge for drinks and leftovers, squeeze bottle shampoo/conditioner/soap rather than those wasteful single use ones. Breakfast is included and the only bummer for my kids was that...
