"This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and welcoming . I will have to say the front desk workers were not that friendly...they were not rude just not pleasant. The only other disappointment was the pool was closed due to rain and did not reopen ..."

"The room was very stained on the carpet Wallpaper was tearing off . Lots of hair all over the flooring in the room. The room kind of grossed me out . Too many of the machines were not working in the casino. The staff at the front grill restaurant were great. I do not understand what a resort fee ..."
