"Breakfast is just so-so."

"Excellent, quiet location near the heart of the city. The staff were nice and noise was minimal. You could have your window open and sleep through the night with no disturbances. The breakfast spread was nothing special, but it was a more than welcome amenity all things considered! I would stay here again if/when I come back to Iceland"

"The room was obviously old and well used but clean on arrival. There were no staff apparent, but I later found that staff in the Chinese restaurant on the ground floor were helpful. The location was excellent, ideally placed for you shops, restaurants and transport links"

"The location and the room were as expected. Bathrooms are shared but were clean. The only disappointment was that the laundry facility was expensive and not easy to use."

"Staff is very friendly, and breakfast is so good."

"Sauber, läuft alles über self check-in. Zentrum fußläufig erreichbar. Eine gute Unterkunft wenn man nur zum schlafen im Hotel ist."

"I was terribly disappointed upon entering my room, which was clearly uncleaned. The beds looked slept in, empty beer cans were left on the table, a cucumber and more cans were in the bin, and multiple stains covered various surfaces. After travelling from the airport, I expected to shower and relax, not be confronted with such an appalling room. I contacted staff via WhatsApp call but received no answer, then emailed my concerns. With no response, we had to search for a vacant room ourselves....

"No staff on site. No parking on the property (just on the street behind it) Useful if you are loolking to walk into downtown"
