"Check in and checkout was easy. The older white guy working at the desk during the day was very nice but the brown woman working overnight/early morning was not as pleasant. The room was clean and tidy but there was leftover food in the fridge that was not mine. The pool looked dirty and it had stuff on the bottom so I didn’t go in. Good location, as it’s next to a few restaurants "

"The remote didn't work for the VT. They gave me 2 other remotes. They allowed me to change the channel until it decided not to.
The people across the hall had the volume up so high that I could hear it in my room. Management fixed the issue. As for sleeping. Not much with a dog barking in the middle of the night and other noises coming from the hallway."

"The room was smelling bad when we arrived and the odor did not disappear. This room was not with the beach view but view on the parking. They do not clean the room if you do not ask. Internet was not working and we did not have any access code. Thankfully the staff was nice. But this hotel needs some fresh air as the odor in the room was horrible. They also charge 100$ for incidental that is returned to you one week later and not the same day as they said.."
