"PESADILLA el hotel ya desde que lkega has que te vas tienen unas politicas muy extraña solo para ganar dinero cobrando 20$ por hora si haces el check in antes de las 14 00 pero también al salir antes de la 7.00 no te devuelven los 20$ de fianza de las llaves. No tienen WIFI. Lo unico bueno la piscina aunque tampoco este muy limpia. Y lo peor es la habitación sucia y con CHINCHES... nosotros no somos raros nos adaptamos porque somos mochileros pero es inaceptable la prepotencia de la manager...

"We stayed a couple of nights here. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. We stayed in one of the beachfront villas with a private pool. It was a little tired, but a really good space with the ability to self cater. The outlook was superb, the pool lovely, very private and good value. The location is a little out of the way, and a different kind of holiday compared to the busy Denarau style resorts, but in my opinion, preferable. "

Some construction going on as of May 2026 until about Nov 2026. Might want to check with staff to try to stay further away. Food is fairly basic, but good and sufficient. "We booked Nakelo off the online images, and upon arrival it was clear the damage they had sustained from the recent cyclone. Our first day was cloudy and a bit windy so it didnt show off the resort to its beauty. We had 5 days there, and by the end we didnt want to leave. "Clean, comfortable room with a lovely staff. I was a little surprised that the bungalows didn’t have a private bathroom though. I would have expected this at the rate that was charged. I was also surprised that there was no shampoo in the shared bathroom and hair dryers were not in the room or bathroom. "Serenity Island Resort offered us a truly memorable stay thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like family.
