"Outside the villa was dirty "

"Water was leaking in the bathroom. I pointed it out the first morning I was there but nobody came to look at it. Had to bring it to the manager’s attention again that evening. They said they will fix it the next morning. I also called for ironing my clothes. Nobody came so on my way out, I asked them to pick it up from my room. When I returned that evening, I noticed nobody had picked it up. The hallway did not look like it was vacuumed. All in all, very disappointing. Expected much better...

"Great location I was very comfortable"

"Excellent property, good central location, helpful staff, good breakfast spread. only challenge was room key quality, had to frequently come to reception to get it reset, they would stop working every evening"

"Room was in good condtions. However, you have to contact front desk to turn on Air Conditioner and Water Heater. Hand Napkin and Tolier Papaer were not in toilet and you have to ask for it."

"Clean and updated room with good standards. Excellent room service and breakfast."

"Great staff great property worth the visit! "

"The location was good. Great pool, good food that was well priced"

"This as a duplex, and the size of the lounge was large so it was great. Kitchen had no utensils at all, so luckily we borrowed from family we were visiting. Rooms were good, but the smaller twin room’s bathroom smelled of you left the fan on, otherwise it was ok. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Worth the stay spacious especially as there was 3 of us with 4 suitcases, 3 carry on’s plus hand luggage. "

"Everything upto the mark. Special mention to Mr. Stalin and his team."
