"Pool was not clean but they have the best breakfast ever! "

"After COVID the hotel rates increased dramatically based on the few improvements to the rooms~ The bathtubs still have no mats in the tubs so they're very slippery~ Bathroom flooring always seems dirty~ The bed coverings are 2 sheets and a thin blanket, we froze both nights! But it's one individual in particular, Kevin, who is very matter of fact and never friendly or helpful! "Very friendly staff and the room is clean"

"The bed was comfortable, but overall cleanliness was a miss. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed in my room (there was a dried ramen noodle on the floor when I walked in), and the pool had a bunch of debris in it and broken chair in an almost unusable seating area (lack of chairs). The staff were super nice and friendly, but the breakfast was very mediocre. I wouldn’t stay here again. The property is in desperate need of some tlc. "

"I had a wonderful experience in my 2 night stay. The located is perfect for a quick and direct drive to Laguna Beach. The concierge was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, clean, and my favorite part: has a refrigerator and microwave so that I could eat my leftovers from local restaurants. "When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the front desk employee. Check-in was smooth and our room was just as advertised. The enitr property was clean and well-maintained. Complementary hot breakfast the next day was perfect. We felt like valued guests throughout our stay. Highly recommend!"

"This was an excellent hotel but very ultra modern. Since i like traditional decor and furniture there were some things that i did not like. I prefer a chest of drawers in a hotel room not the bench with 2 little drawers which were insufficient. There was no desk just and oval table which did not suffice for our laptops. I would also prefer a microwave to a safe since warehouse 72 only had overpriced fru fru fussy food. Also the pool access was through the parking lot which was a bad design."
