For some reason they still charged my card out of my incidentals for parking. I have called and currently still waiting for it to be credited back to my account. Its been almost a week. ."

"Staff Wouldn’t allow for our party to stay at location because every member didn’t have a physical ID. Never had a hotel location ask for every member to need an ID in the first place so after producing a digital copy for half of party that still wasn’t enough. So they wouldn’t allow us to check in nor would they allow for a refund. Even wouldn’t allow for hotels to help fix the situation when they called on behalf of us. Extremely unprofessional and weird behavior."
