"Comfortable beds, and a good location. Check in and out was easy. We had a room with a spa, but it was just an outdoor bath that looked like a spa, and it was all cracked and dated. Had to fill it ourselves on arrival. The door to the spa area also leaked alot with the rain we had during our stay. If you are after a quiet stay, I would recommend an upstairs room as its quite noisy in the downstairs rooms. Overall not a bad place to stay, but not sure if we will be back."

"Overall a charming property with a very spacious room at a good rate. A/C and heating both worked very well. Great location right within walking distance to main dining and shopping area. Couple things to note is there is no elevator at the property but staff was able to assist with bringing luggage up. It is also private entrance to the rooms, like motel style"

"Was very handy but you could hear the noise from room next door as they turned on taps etc and people up and down the passage way. really could do with a update very old in rooms and the bathroom really need doing up but we only put our head down for night and gone early morning was nice and clean"

"For the price we paid, for 4 star accommodation, we felt the bed was too soft and sagged slightly in the middle. Furthermore, the sheets were not wide enough to tuck in effectively; the became untucked as soon as we got into bed making for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. When you consider that typically, on holiday, most people would spend the majority of any time in the room, in bed asleep, therefore I find the bed and bedding to be incredibly important. In this case we were disappointed."

"Room was ok, a bit outdated and worn down, however room was clean and beds were comfortable. There were dirty dishes and left over food and rubbish left outside rooms on the ground level when we arrived and were still there when we left the next day. The ground level access into the hotel was pretty untidy so not a very good first impression. Overall we had higher expectations for the price we paid."

"Always a great stay. Friendly staff, beautiful view from our room and the room itself was clean, and spacious, and amazing hotpools. Will be back. The only thing to note was the double bed was quite firm - we stayed in the lake view 2 bedroom villa."
