"We enjoyed this property four four days. We booked it wanting to have a different experience than the "chain resort" accomodations we enjoyed in December as a stopover on our vacation in New Zealand. We stayed in a beachfront bura which was clean and basic. We enjoyed sitting on the porch during rains. The breakfast at the resort was basic but enough. Dinners were good. We had pizza next door from the main dining on night and it was very good. Interesting cliental and we met an assortment of people from young travellers on school break from England to young families to older couples. The resort is quite remote but it has a swimable beach when the tide was right. Warning - hotel is suppose to be no cash so watch for employees wanting you to pay in cash. The bartenders we great and we enjoyed banter with them. A very good value for families."

"Spent 7 nights at the Sheraton, room was nice, clean, comfortable with good aircon and a ceiling fan. Island 619 breakfast and dinner buffets were good, but birds at breakfast time are a huge issue. We observed birds standing in the food and eating directly from the buffet daily and the staff did not seem to care or do much about it. Dont walk away from your plate, the birds will beat you back to the table! Spent most of our time at the Wet Edge bar and pool which was nicer and quieter than the main pool area of the resort. Room service and bars are well priced considering you are inside a resort. The Tatuvu restruant offers fantastic food , service and sunset views with nightly entertainment. The grounds of the resort are very well maintained and most resort staff are friendly and helpful. It is worth mentioning that on check in the resort requires a $1000FJD hold as a security deposit and that the resort is completley cashless. None of the resturants, bars or cafes will take cash, you need to pay via card or charge to your room. The only places that accept cash are the retail / convenince stores inside the grounds although the prices here are extremley inflated. If youre looking for better value for money go to the supermarket at Port Denaru where food, alcohol and medication are all significantly cheaper. We will absolutley return but would like to see the bird / food safety issues adressed."

"The food was super good, I’d stay away from the lagoon house unless for pizza. The buffet for breakfast was awesome at Goji. Boo boo hands down has the best for. Thank you so much to the following staff members for being super amazing and feel like family. Jack and Simi at lagoon lounge, Ratu and Serafina at the towel stations. Vinaka Vaka Levu for being AMAZING and making our trip!!!! "

"Most rooms are above the restaurant/bar. Noisy. The balcony is bigger than the room. Bad water pressure. Tv is not Sat. Antenna!! The tv wasnt set up correctly. Then it would just drop and you had to pull a box out from behind the tv and twist it until it regained a signal. They wake you up every morning at 6am with sweeping, etc noises. Wifi was slow. You have to turn on most outlets/machines because of their thrift."

"My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the very beginning, the welcome was exceptional — we were greeted with refreshing welcome cocktails, and a staff member kindly escorted us to our room while taking care of our luggage. What really stood out was the level of care and attention: during a heavy storm, the staff even parked our car for us, which we truly appreciated. Our room was very spacious and had a breathtaking view over the ocean, which made our stay even more special. At the restaurant, we were served by Kalou, who made our dining experience even more enjoyable with his cheerful personality. He gave us fantastic recommendations for both food and cocktails — and the food was absolutely delicious. We also really appreciated the help from the tour operator staff member, who was very kind and assisted us in choosing the different tours, making everything easy and well-organized. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that we would love to repeat as soon as possible. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, amazing food, comfort, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere!"

"Ehhhhhh. We had a major issue checking in regarding room. After a day of writing to Hilton corporate , we finally were able to get the results we needed. Thank you GM Solte for your help and assistance. Staff all around 10/10. Food needs help as well as some areas of resort. Serum at the spa was excellent. I’ll visit again only for a few nights only do to the staffs hospitality . "
