"We had three people in the room. When we arrived the sofa bed was not made. When asked about it they said we would have to make the bed ourselves. I asked twice for another blanket. After one-half hour I had to hunt down a room service person and went with her to get a blanket"

"Beautiful property. If you’re staying there can be steep hills or lots of stairs. Make sure to ask about where you’re staying or make other arrangements. Has yoga in the am. Right on the bay with beautiful views. "

"We enjoyed the approximity to the ocean and the beautiful view. The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay"

"The food was extraordianry and the grounds beautiful. Unfortunately flooding and rain had taken pout the AC. So we cut our stay short. They were very accommodation and I would recommend. "

"Nice view and great location. Friendly staff even though it was during the first Kona low with flooding and power outages. They did the best they could with a bad weather situation. Breakfast was decent most mornings. "

"Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean. They have free coffee in the morning and a water station to fill up your water bottles. This hotel is walking distance to restaurants and they also have a Target walking distance. The beach is also walking distance. Would definitely stay here again while in Waikiki! "

"Clean though somewhat dated property. Beach access and the beach was not crowded. Had some issues with the property charging the same room balances more than once and placing large pending charges throughout our stay. The manager compensated us for the inconvenience of having this excessive depletion of credit card funds by giving us free parking though. Restaurant was half closed due to weather and supposedly “fully booked”, but there were empty tables for almost 2 hours because the guests...
