"The customer service is top notch. Great staff. The Bare's are quite nice and the dorm could use a little love with the screens / lockers, but overall the Bula Bula vibe is real and the location is amazing- right on the beach - not far to Aquatrek- where I highly recommend the shark diving!"

"I found the staff to be friendly and the room to be fairly clean, but it smelled mildewy. The resort itself is in a state of disrepair with a dirty elevator, doors in the halls covered in stains and dirt. The breakfast was hit and miss, some of it was good some of it was really inedible. The pool is also in a state disrepair as are some of the ocean facing chairs.
