"This is a wonderful guesthouse. The location was ideal for us less than a 10 minute walk into the town centre. The room was very comfortable with fantastic tea and coffee facilities. It was quiet and well decorated. We parked on the road outside the guesthouse and were provided with a permit that was valid until midday. There is a wonderful café just across the road that is well worth visiting as well."

"This was the worst experience I have ever had with an Expedia property. The hotel was ranked a 4 star, and is at best a 2 start. It was filthy, had no elevator or air conditioning. The rooms were dismal and there was no way to raise the window to let in air to address the stifling heat. But mostly it was dirty and worn. The carpet and curtains were disgusting. We wanted to leave our luggage the next day because we had a train at 5pm, but we were told the hotel does not accommodate tourists...

"The owner of the place overstepped his bounds and made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. The place was nice, but I wouldn't stay there again because of the owner."

"The room was small but clean, had a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The guest kitchen and sitting area was a great bonus and had everything you needed to cook a meal. Nour was the most friendly and helpful host. He arranged a parking permit for £5 pound a day. Easy walking distance to town centre."

Attention to detail in any aspect. So, it was a real pleasure to return to my room after spending a day in a busy town. Thank you Fiona and Ricardo for making my stay so special. "A wonderful, clean,air condtioned room and staff can be contacted 24/7 if any problems. Bed was very comfortable and being left a small bottle of milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Parking was no problem at all in front of buillding. Did have any food but all looked lovely. Would definately recommend."

"Nice place above a nice bar. Had some food and it was fine and a few drinks. Nice atmosphere and well situated in the town. Room was fine, settee was a bit big for the room but you can see what they are trying to do. Young woman who showed us round was nice and so too the young woman at breakfast."
