"This hotel was a little hard to find on the GPS. The street address is not where the entrance is. You have to drive through a mall parking lot to get to the side of the building and the front entrance and front desk. There is no drive up parking for this hotel if that is something you need due to disability issues. The parking lot for the hotel is in need of some TLC. Pot holes. The lot could also use a few more lights overhead to light up the lot. The area around the hotel is less than desirable. We had a full load of household belongings and were leery of living them in the lot overnight. Nothing happened but it was just not well lit.
The rooms are basic with basic amenities. The beds were okay.
We have stayed at other Country Inn and Suites and this one seems a bit tired overall.
The breakfast was good. There was enough choices.
For an overnight stay on the road this hotel fits the bill. I would probably not stay here again in the future as across the street is a newer Ramada and I would probably try that one next time if in the area."
"We were not here long enough to explore the amenities. We were in town for the Fargo marathon and were hoping for a comfortable place to sleep. Our room was like a sauna. After several attempts at trying to get the thermostat to cool, we gave up. Not even the fan was working. I did mention this at checkout but the front desk clerk did nothing to accommodate us, other than let me know he would pass the message onto the maintenance person."
"Accommodating and friendly check in and staff. Immaculate rooms, comfortable beds, decent pillows, all them in working condition, my service pets were welcomed, parking is ample, fine dining adjacent to hotel, nice breakfast area."
"Room 120 needs refurbished smells old and is very dark. New carpet, couch and paint would go a long way. Spa was closed (small inconvenience). . Card reader on door to room 120 needs replaced or repaired.
The rest of the facilities were very well maintained and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
We come to Fargo often to visit family and will stay with you again if you refresh your rooms. Four days in a dark smelly room is not acceptable.
Thank you for your consideration,
Hollie Price"
