"after the initial confusion about the title of Leonardo, we realize that this was probably not the hotel we were expecting we meant to be at the Harbour hotel. I think we just have to be more observant when using your app."

"Our room smelled like it had been smoked in and deodorized over it. Luckily iur window could open, and we propped the door open for a few hiurs to air it out. The room was large and comfortable. It's too bad people can't follow rules and not smoke...it's so gross."
