"Clean room and staff"

"Our room at the Melka International Hotel had an amazing view of the city. The hotel is close to major tourist attractions, including the new location for Yod Abyssinia, which is in walking distance. The staff was friendly, helpful and were expecting us when we arrived at close to midnight. When we purchased food at the restaurant we had difficulty charging to the room and it seems that they don't provide that service. We opted not to stay at the Melka for our entire trip solely because of the...

"Overall, this is one of the better hotels I have stayed at in Addis Ababa. The staff are excellent, the hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and breakfast offers a good variety of choices. However, there are a few areas that need attention to bring the hotel up to the standard its other facilities and services suggest. The parking garage is quite tight, making it difficult to enter and exit comfortably. Improving the accessibility and maneuverability of the parking area would be helpful....

"Room was clean. Staff was very attentive. The hotel was not far from airport. Places to eat and shop close by."

"The entire experience of visiting Addas Ababa, was excellent! The city has a million excellent views, with more than half of them from the Sheraton LUX, which offered it all, convenience, clean, shine and service, we got it all. The best was the staff. I’m coming back soon. As for all the warnings, either someone lying or those some kind soldiers"

"Clean room, nice views and friendly staff. Samrawit (manager) is very pleasant, along with the front desk persons. Steam room is nice (although sauna wasn't as hot as is should be), gym is adequate. Walking distance to most things in Bole. Good value for the money."
